Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from the PGA TOUR store. If you are not completely happy with your order, items in original condition with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unworn apparel or accessories back into their original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund.
